Patrick Kenny is an Irish broadcaster who currently hosts The Pat Kenny Show on Newstalk daily radio and Pat Kenny Tonight on Virgin Media One. Previously, Kenny spent 41 years in a famous career at RTÉ, in which he was the highest paid host for several years. He hosted the Today radio show with Pat Kenny on RTÉ Radio 1 every weekday morning from 10:00 am to noon until 2013. He hosted The Late Late Show from September 1999 to May 2009, then returned as as an independent facilitator in January 2013. He presented the news program The Frontline, every Monday night from 2009 until shutdown in 2013. He was a co-organizer of the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest, as well as many more. Other television sets, including Today Tonight, Saturday Live and Kenny Live and have worked for RTÉ Radio 1 and RTÉ 2fm, sometimes simultaneously, over a career spanning 5 decades.
